Data collected

Through the “Start a project” form: your name, your email, your phone (optional) and the content of your request. No other personal data is collected.

Purpose

This data is used solely to process your project request and reply to you.

Legal basis and retention

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR). Retention: your data is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then for a maximum of three (3) years from our last contact, before deletion.

Sharing and storage

Your data is not shared with any third party. It is stored via Supabase and the site is hosted by Netlify.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL. To exercise these rights: [TO COMPLETE: contact email].

Cookies

This site uses no third-party tracking cookies. Only minimal functional storage (remembering your language preference) may be used. No consent banner is therefore required at this stage.
